Cross-functional team of 28 across PM and engineering.The work that\'s consumed most of my attention these past two years is figuring out how to ship Gen AI responsibly inside a regulated industry. Not pilot it — ship it. A live pipeline, enterprise pharma clients, seven markets, real revenue impact. The hardest decisions along the way were rarely technical.I also spend a lot of time thinking about what good product judgment looks like for PMs earlier in their careers.
