About Manaswi Sinha
With a background in tech and a head wired for strategy, I enjoy working at the intersection of marketing, operations, and people. Currently pursuing my MBA at XLRI Jamshedpur, where I’m piecing together the art of building and scaling brands from the ground up. Curiosity is my default setting. It’s what led me from product design projects and content marketing to growth strategy, and even HR analytics. I’ve had the chance to lead marketing campaigns, optimize global product catalogs, streamline recruitment ops, and create performance dashboards - all of which taught me that good strategy is rarely siloed. Outside of work, I’ve led tech clubs, alumni initiatives, and trained in Hindustani Classical vocals for 6 years - which taught me the value of rhythm, patience, and practice (skills that oddly translate well into marketing too).
