I am currently working as an Assistant Manager in the Center of Excellence (COE) with a strong foundation in Mechanical Maintenance, focused on improving equipment reliability, reducing breakdowns, and driving operational excellence.With hands-on experience in plant maintenance, I have been actively involved in preventive and predictive maintenance, breakdown analysis, and implementing corrective actions to enhance machine uptime and productivity. I bring a structured approach to problem-solving using tools like Root Cause Analysis (RCA), TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement practices.In my current role at COE, I contribute towards standardization, capability building, and improving engineering practices across operations. I have also been involved in initiatives such as training development (DOJO), safety improvements, SOP implementation, and process optimization, helping in reducing operational losses and improving efficiency.I am passionate about:1.
