I am Manas, and I have over 3 decades of progressive experience in project management, engineering execution, procurement, cost estimation & construction management. I am currently associated with Citec Engineering India Pvt. Ltd. as Head of project Mangement office. My earlier stint was with Aker Powergas Private Limited as Deputy General Manager – projects. I also have a unique opportunity of representing in key roles as Client, Consultant and Contractor in the industry. In the initial years, I was actively involved in construction management of projects such as erection of piping and equipments, fabrication & erection and commissioning assistance of dual fuel boiler, Urea, Heavy Water plant, instrument and cables installation & calibration/ commissioning activities, EPC contractor for KL petroleum storage handling facility. I have acquired experience in the industries like refinery (DCU, fired heaters), petrochemicals (Poly Propylene, VCM, Bis-Phenol-A, Caprolactum), specialty chemicals (Catalysts, Soaps, LOBP), fertilizers (Ammonia, Urea), multipurpose tank terminals, LNG terminals, oil & gas (MMO and modifications, new built and brown field off-shore platforms & jackets), steam & power generations ( including DGPP) and heavy water. I have worked on projects with Clients/associates across countries like Norway – OSBDU, Holland – Caprolactam & VCM, USA – NH3 Relocation, Egypt – NH3 Relocation, France – DGPP, Poland- Bisphenol-A, Japan – Kaneka Polyacytile etc. I have proven ability in managing manpower, machines, materials and other resources to generate maximum operational efficiency. With trail of professional brilliance, I have solid confidence of using my technical capabilities, dove-tailing with common sense & sincerity, to handle any critical assignment and contribute to business management.
