ABOUT MANASI KODUVAYUR VENKAT

Hello! This is Manasi Koduvayur Venkat, a Master’s graduate in Biotechnology from NYU with hands-on experience in stem cell reprogramming, primary cell isolation, and immunology research. My hands-on experience in CLIA-certified laboratory environments has allowed me to work with patient-derived cells, perform PBMC isolation, and generate reprogrammed iPSC and neurons for drug screening. I also have experience developing antigen-specific T cell assays, co-culture cytotoxicity assays and optimizing multi-color flow cytometry panels at Moderna Therapeutics as well as Novartis. Across all roles, I have honed skills in primary and stem cell culture, flow cytometry, assay optimization, high-content imaging, meticulous experimental documentation and translating research into meaningful scientific insights!I am eager to connect with fellow researchers and scientists to advance innovative solutions in biotechnology!
