About Manasi Kudtarkar

I build and scale fintech platforms at the intersection of product, growth, and commercial ownership. At Amazon, I scaled an embedded finance product across multiple international markets — designing the growth loops, activation funnels, and retention mechanics that move users from first transaction to deeply engaged, and shaping the GTM and pricing strategy that made each market entry defensible. The work I\'m most proud of sits at the edges: navigating regulatory complexity in new markets, designing features that help users move money, manage cash flow, and get on with running their business — and making the monetization decisions that hold up over time. Before moving into growth and GM roles, I spent several years inside Amazon\'s payments security and data infrastructure organization — building the tokenization platform protecting millions of customers\' most sensitive financial data, and leading ransomware defense strategy for Tier-1 financial systems. That foundation shapes how I think about product: trust and security aren\'t constraints on growth, they\'re prerequisites for it. I came up through Fidelity and Microsoft before Amazon, which gave me early grounding in regulated financial products, KYC/AML frameworks, and enterprise commerce — and a deep appreciation for what it takes to ship in environments where trust is the product. I\'m a builder who operates at GM scope: product strategy, P&L ownership, GTM execution, team development, and the cross-functional alignment that makes large programs move.
