I framed the key questions to research and led a team of 6 for on-ground data collection, identified & highlighted key gaps that were ignored earlier, recommended changes and reviewed the final draft that shaped the policy- Implementation & Program Delivery Expertise: Designed and delivered large-scale programs including 150+ field workshops in 8 states impacting athletes/coaches; led a ₹20L UP state-backed pilot (Capri Sports) reaching 1,200+ athletes/coaches; developed Play Without Pause (white paper adopted by the UP Sports Dept); built & facilitated workshops and tracking systems for 430+ athletes in Odisha (Reliance Foundation), now under academic publication; developed and executed a pan-India data-collection framework for the Khelo India Youth Games, producing actionable insights- Knowledge Asset Development: Led a three-member team to produce the Simply Periods Handbook (BWF & LJMU reviewed), a globally recognised guide on menstrual health for coaches and athletes, praised for inclusive design and strong visualisation- Using technology for impact: Applied psychology and technology to improve female-athlete wellness — built a non-tech diary (Meri Khel Yatra) and outsourced a chatbot for live tracking, reports, and KPIs; interventions scaled at Army Sports Institute and Prakash Padukone Badminton Academy.
