Manasi comes with 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Capability Building with expertise in Leadership Development along with Performance Management, Employee Engagement & Talent Acquisition. She has a PGDM degree in Human Resources from Prin LN Welingkar institute of management and research.She is currently leading deployment of firm wide upskilling program for Barclays in the capacity of Learning and Development manager. Previously contributed to the Learning and development domain through content development, training delivery and implementation of learning management system at Tres Vista Financial services LLP. Her role prior in McKinsey and Company provided her with profound experience of working with various clients across geographies with focus in Talent management and Leadership Development. Prior to this she was part of Corporate HR role acting as HRBP and Lead Talent management/employee engagement in Hindustan Zinc Limited.She loves to travel various geographies and spend quality time indulging in experimental healthy cooking for family.
