I’m a leadership coach, facilitator, and consultant working at the intersection of human development, organizational effectiveness, and emerging technology.For over 15 years, I’ve worked across India, Japan, and the U.S, supporting leaders and teams through complexity.My background spans executive coaching and leadership development, alongside deep experience in localization, communication, and quality assurance.In parallel with my coaching practice, I’ve worked on AI systems from the inside. Through Vaco, I supported Google on Japanese localization and AI quality assurance testing, helping improve the accuracy, cultural nuance, and usability of large language model outputs. This work sharpened my understanding of how AI systems are trained, where they break down, and how human judgment shapes their effectiveness.More recently, I facilitate and support executive and leadership workshops with Gen AI Academy, helping senior leaders and teams engage with generative AI in a grounded, practical way.My coaching and facilitation style is relational, experiential, and outcome-oriented. I work with founders, senior leaders, and teams who want clarity, confidence, and measurable progress; without losing the human core of leadership.I’m especially drawn to work involving leadership transitions, women in leadership, cross-cultural teams, and organizations navigating change.
