PMO tracking for the project milestones and administrative tasks for all Consultancy (with external Stakeholders & clients) and Academic Grant projects with USFDA.Managing the implementation and testing tasks for the Science & development team while managing Azure.Active participation from the project management side to help the teams reach the goals and prepare related documentation.To help and convince all team members to fully follow QA/QC SOPs (i.e, in the area of data collection and storing & archiving).Preparation and formatting SOPs and preparing & performing the QA audits according to the company guidelines.Working together with the Quality Assurance team for quality management tasks : scrutinizing training records while acting as ZEN QMS (admin) and backup for audits, assisting with the Audit/security questionnaires.Technical - QC reviewing for documents being submitted to regulatory agencies for the consultancy projects and as well as for academic grants (grant research proposals, grant project reports according to the guidelines from regulatory agency.Oversee review and approve quality control documents, including quality specifications and testing standards.Regular generation and submitting the monthly grant progress meeting materials (agenda, meeting minutes & slides) for all the undergoing grant projects with USFDA.Consultancy projects related: generation of work proposals, organizing the meetings with external stakeholders, preparing the Gantt charts for the running projects and tracking the tasks to be able to deliver the deliverables on time.
