That background shapes how I work as a PM today: I can sit with an engineering team and have the real conversation about architecture trade-offs, not the filtered version. For the last four years I\'ve owned two B2B SaaS products end-to-end at SureSwift Capital — strategy, roadmap, discovery, delivery, and iteration in a lean distributed team operating across time zones. You either create clarity or the team operates in fog. I\'ve learned to prefer creating clarity. Some of the things I\'m proud of from that time: getting platform uptime from 89% to 99.83% — which sounds like an infrastructure win but turned out to be a retention story. Driving 2x revenue growth by identifying where the product was letting users down rather than where it was missing features. Introducing structured user research and A/B testing into an environment that previously ran on intuition, and watching that change how decisions got made. Before SureSwift I spent 14 months at Clipboard Health, a YC-backed health-tech marketplace, leading the engineering transformation that increased delivery throughput by 90%. Fast, ambiguous, no playbook. I\'m based in India, work remotely, and am open to Senior PM roles at companies building products where technical complexity and user experience intersect — SaaS platforms, developer tools, infrastructure, or anywhere reliability is part of the product rather than just a backend concern.
