As a Manager with the Global Learning Design Services (LDS) team at Deloitte, I lead a team of instructional designers who support the learning needs of member firms across geographies—including the UK, Australia, Canada, the Netherlands, and more.With a global lens on project intake and development, I manage team bandwidth, coach them on learning strategy and stakeholder management, and collaborate with peers to drive performance conversations. Unlike the US-USI wing at LDS, our team has to compete for work through a proposal-based model—often going head-to-head with leading learning vendors worldwide—which brings both challenge and opportunity to the table.In addition to my core responsibilities, I also lead recruitment efforts for the LDS team. From organizing hiring blitzes to managing interview schedules and tracking open roles, I help ensure our hiring processes are efficient and aligned with our team’s growth goals.
