Coached leaders several levels above to use new tools to manage resource management in addition to implementing a new standardized method to track headcount that is not being utilized across the domain In just 90 days, while re-organizing 80 people and introducing a new resource management tool, implemented new standardized and scalable process to account for a 200 person product area worth approximately 40 million dollars Short term impact was to reduction of average time of open positions from 60 – 90 days to 30 – 60 days in two quarters Long term impact allows Senior Leaders access to data to make informed decision at a domain level on capacity planning Coordinated Leaders with Agile Coaches in new tools to clean up DOMO, Jira Align and Jira resulting in a repeatable process around objectives and OKPIs providing a clear line of sight from Executive goals to squad work Revised, adapted, and simplified the communication strategy for CEP through meetings, scorecards and high level reporting to the executive suite
