Hey, I\'m Manasa having 7+ years experience in Frontend Development. I actually started out in Electronics and Communications, but I quickly realized my heart was in programming. Building a English vocabulary game engine in college. That\'s when I knew,\'Yep, this is it.\' It was a fun project that really sparked my passion. My professional journey has been incredibly varied and rewarding. Starting at GGK Technologies (now ACS Solutions), I focused on building comprehensive marketing solutions, which included developing a powerful admin tool for project analysis. Moving to Rackspace Technologies, I transitioned into cloud platform development, where I built a customer-facing web interface using React.js, React Query, and AWS, and gained valuable experience of tech and architecture through API development discussions and code reviews. Currently, at ZF Technology Center, as a Specialist I lead frontend development and collaborate on requirement gathering for a platform that manages test data and optimizes validation processes for engineered automotive components, significantly enhancing collaboration and accelerating product releases. Beyond these deep frontend development roles, I\'ve also had the opportunity to act as a recruiter, mentor multiple individuals simultaneously and enjoy participating in hackathons.
