Manasa is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India where she stood as gold medalist at All India level in CA-Intermediate. With over 5 years of progressive experience with a big4 firm from Intern through Senior in providing Audit & Assurance services, across a diverse range of industries including Consumer products, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, Healthcare and Aviation. Her portfolio includes working on the audit of a listed FMCG group client in Singapore. She is part of the team implementing BOT based sample testing and developing cloud-based audit platform. She is passionate about building her career towards serving audit clients by leveraging emerging technologies and transformative practices to enhance the value and efficiency of auditing processes. She has taken active part in coaching the young and creative minds as part of facilitations across various band levels. Apart from managing engagements, she is also an active participant in the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiative program, where she serves as a Pride Ambassador.
