Keep abreast of various changes in statutory laws and suggest changes from time to time to ensure 100% compliance-both For Establishment & Principal Employer 5. Liaison with Statutory Authority of PF/ESIC/Labour Off.6. Handle PF/ESI/Labour Authority inspections independently.7. Compliance and Closure of notices received from Statutory Authorities.8. Attend compliance audits and inspections (internal & external) at client premises and maintaining records for the same and ensure NCs closed within TAT.9. Registration & License (New/Renewal/Amendment) under PF/ESI/BOCW/CLRA/BONUS Acts.10. Responsible for timely statutory payments towards ESIC, P.F, Professional Tax, L.W.F, Maternity benefit returns, other compliances, payments towards half yearly CLA, annual returns towards Maternity Act, Bonus Act, Minimum Wages etc.11. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports with regard to compliance requirements.
