   In charge of four workstations centered around the Manufacturing and Assembly of Power cables and Motor Lead Extensions- Facilitating Capex and Opex Projects for process improvements, achieving higher FPY targets and efficiency- Driving internal and external quality audits to ensure process compliance- Designing and testing tools, jigs, and fixtures for faster, more reliable, and safer assembly- Troubleshooting equipment and communicating with OEMs to ensure continuous production run- Elimination of bottlenecks within workflow to reduce workflow inefficiencies and increase throughput- Implementing lean principles to identify root causes and reduce waste- Developing and continuously improving SWIs through audit findings and operator recommendations to reduce non-conformance- Working with Sustaining Engineers and Supply Chain to maintain product routings and costings- Utilizing SAP ERP systems to manage quality notifications, routings, purchase orders, and material BOMs- Creating dashboards on PowerBi to visualize and analyze KPIs and help track projects- Communicating with internal clients across South America and the Middle East to transfer assembly process knowledge and lead operator training process- Conduct experiments and DIFAs to identify potential issues and create action plans to improve products.
