Responsible for the compliance of Products and Suppliers towards company Drugs control board & Law of Land Compliance Policy Responsible for finalization of commercials for the products and process control for the product which includes development, production and quality measures including various compliances. Responsible for handling various aspect including financial, packaging, planning, sale plan, launch, promotion plan, activities and quality control. Create, review and approve technical documents to support developmental projects (i.e. ingredient statements, manufacturing formula cards, cost formulae, etc.) Providing cross-functional leadership and driven team efforts to generate work synergies to maximize operational efficiency. Ensuring strategic buying for key Ingredients for the season to have better category margins for the year and ensure price leadership in market. Ensuring > 90% OTIF / Fill Rate and > 95% on shelf availability for private brands in coordination with replenishment team. Ensuring compliance of artwork for any private brand packaging development as per law of land. Responsible for achieving PB commercial targets. Responsible for ensuring sampling activities in store / consumer trials of new launches or key sku’s.
