My journey in the realm of manufacturing has been defined by my proficiency in utilizing advanced tools such as CATIA and AutoForm to enhance process efficiency and drive excellence. I have good knowledge of CATIA, I harness its power to create intricate 3D models and surfaces that replicate real-world stamping scenarios. This skill allows me to foresee potential challenges and optimize tooling designs for seamless manufacturing processes.My previous experience spans the entire process planning lifecycle (Die Layout). From defining process parameters to selecting materials, Trimming layouts & also the Feed Layouts (Panel Flow). I do understand some of the critical factors that contribute to successful stamping operations. I thrive on identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Leveraging insights from simulation results, I implement process optimizations that not only enhance efficiency but also drive cost savings and improved quality. It also includes the process feasibility and optimization of the process in aspect to save a cost.
