ABOUT MANAN MAHAJAN

As Einstein said, “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over expecting different results”. If I were to have a quote represent my life mantra, this would be it. I am driven and fascinated by environments that are ever-changing. Monotonous work kills my creativity and I actively strive to position myself in an environment where I am learning something new and doing something different every day. I like to operate at a global level and as a world citizen and find myself most at home working with a multi-national company that has a diverse, multi-cultural team, and where I can serve customers in all four corners of the globe. Over the past 9 years, after completing my Masters in International Business and Management from Manchester Business School, UK, I have been building out my business development capabilities from the ground up working as a Business Development Officer and Account Manager in different firms. Here are some of the things I was able to achieve over the course of my career. I was able to acquire 100 + wholesale customers within 2 years Introduced new products to new markets which yielded 10-15% revenue growth YoY Contributed to an 80% reduction in employee turnover with effective Leadership skills Reduced costs by 25% and increased profits by 5% in the firms I worked with In short, I help companies identify and take advantage of untapped revenue opportunities that may not be common sense. I assess market conditions and leverage my unique ability to create value to place companies on top of their competitors.
