Hi, I’m Manan Khatri—a Civil Engineer-in-Training (E.I.T.) and Assistant Consultant at WSP USA, where I focus on the design and analysis of bridges and transportation infrastructure while supporting construction projects. Over the past year at WSP, I’ve gained valuable experience working on impactful infrastructure projects, sharpening my technical skills and contributing to sustainable solutions.I earned my graduate degree in Structural Engineering from Purdue University, conducting advanced research at Bowen Laboratory, the largest structures lab in the United States. My work resulted in three published research papers, showcasing innovative approaches to structural resilience and performance.Before coming to the U.S, I built a strong academic and practical foundation in India. I was a gold medalist and ranked 1st in my Civil Engineering batch during my bachelor’s studies at Mukesh Patel School of Technology, Management and Engineering. Additionally, I gained hands-on experience through a 1-year construction site internship during my diploma studies.Looking ahead, I aim to further specialize in advanced bridge systems and play a key role in redefining transportation infrastructure with innovative and sustainable engineering practices.
