I am a CA Final candidate and CFA Level 1 holder, currently completing my articleship at KNAV. I have completed my Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from HR College of Commerce & Economics, graduating with a 9.0 CGPA and an A+ grade. During my articleship, I was promoted to industrial trainee based on performance. I have gained valuable hands-on experience, with a strong focus on statutory audits. My experience primarily includes Year-end Statutory audits, Limited reviews, and Interim quarterly audits, along with involvement in ICFR testing, Call Report, and FDICIA testing—all conducted in compliance with AICPA, PCAOB, US GAAP, US GAAS, IND AS, IFRS, IRAC Norms, Singapore GAAP & GAAS as well as RBI regulations. I have also contributed to evaluating the design, implementation, and maintenance of internal controls, and verifying their operating effectiveness. I have worked across diverse sectors such as banking, manufacturing, hedge funds, private equity funds, AI startups, BPOs, IT services, consulting, portfolio management, broking, and insurance. My work spans both Indian and international jurisdictions, involving in-depth financial and reporting analysis, detailed internal control evaluations, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
