In my ongoing role as a tutor at Kumon, I am responsible for analysing the performance data of over 75 students to identify patterns and common areas of difficulty in mathematics. This involves reviewing test results, providing personalised feedback, and adjusting learning plans to meet each student\'s individual needs. Through these assessments, I’ve been able to spot trends and develop targeted strategies that improve learning outcomes.Additionally, I regularly conduct evaluations of around 50 students, tracking their progress and identifying opportunities for further improvement. By implementing tailored learning methods and providing consistent support, I have successfully improved average test scores by 20% within a single semester. This experience has not only enhanced my analytical skills but has also honed my ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and understandable way, helping students to build confidence and achieve better results.Furthermore, I have developed strong organisational skills as I manage multiple students\' learning schedules and performance tracking. The role has also improved my ability to work with a diverse range of learners, fostering an environment where students are motivated to succeed at their own pace.
