ABOUT MANALI SONI

It has been truly said by Walt Disney if we have the courage to dream big we have the potential to fulfill the same too. In order to manifest one of such dreams i.e, to become an HR Professional I completed my Post Graduation in Human Resources Management from Centennial College. As an HR professional in the future, I aspire to perform not only the traditional roles of HR but to be an HR Business Partner where I get an opportunity to work on the different projects of the organization. In order to gain the skills and set of competencies to deal with the projects in the organization as an HR, I pursued Project Management from Centennial College. Speaking of professional experience, I am currently working as a Recruitment Administrator where I manage high-volume recruiting of contract workers with appropriate strategies that improves the quality and source of new hires. In addition to this, I process WSIB claims and manage NAL Insurance policy, perform candidate’s background check, review/update the compliance and paperwork of independent contractors on a day-to-day basis, maintain candidate pool on Application Tracking System and work on ad-hoc projects.Besides all these, I love socializing, and hence, I was actively associated with JCI (Junior Chambers International). I attended several training programs on Public Speaking, Speech Craft, Zone Trainers Workshop. I have actively participated in various Zone Conference and Mid - Conference every year.
