About Manali Ghosh
Manali is PwC\'s Global World Bank Account Strategist where she coordinates and collaborates with teams across the global PwC network to develop the strategy and solutions to best meet the needs of the World Bank Group.She also supports the Global International Development Leader in the firm, analyzing trends, leading practices and innovative approaches to pressing development issues around the world.She has significant consulting experience in end-to-end HR value chain across sectors, with specific focus on strategic government clients. Her experience spans across the fields of organizational structuring, manpower planning, HR strategy, recruitment planning, performance management, HR policies, compensation structuring, training and capacity building, institutional strengthening, change management and process improvement. Working across South and South-East Asia in this role, she has assisted public entities, government ministries, in her capacity of a functional institutional advisor. Besides her extensive experience in dealing with public sector utilities, Manali has also worked with multi-lateral agencies including the DFID UK, WB and ADB in this role.Manali, is an MBA in Human Resources and has more than 10 years of professional consulting experience.
