KEY ASSIGNMENTS/ INITIATIVES:• Category Management-Marketplace (Portfolio size – 200+ Cr)• To monitor Visibility metrics (PDP, PLP views) Considerations, Conversions, in stock%, option counts to closely monitor AOP targets.• Run Daily/Weekly/Monthly Tableau reports related to Sales Revenue, in-stock%, VF% at option level providing analysis for gap and to grow category.• Negotiate margins/terms of trade with vendors for registration & growth thereafter. End to end responsibility for development of category and achieve planned targets.• Onboarding & managing suppliers- Apparels (Fashion and lifestyle).KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:• To Keep a check on accuracy & quality of content.(product title, descriptions, content & prices).• Oversee the entire brand process to ensure that the integrity and image of the brand is projected correctly on Marketplace.• Data driven product merchandising, Suggestions of product, pricing and promotions post reviewing customer buying behaviour on platform.• Working with Merchandising and Marketing calendars to plan the features and events.• Campaign Management - Responsible to secure monetization to run brand banner on UHP, MHP, WHP landing pages,run PLA ad’s and plan campaigns for social media promotions.• Devise with marketing/Planning teams to determine deals visibility & promotional activities at Brands & Products level.• Taking responsibility for various account /warehouse Migration & API integrations activities.• Closely work with tech team to improve user interface, coordinate with internal teams & merchant partners for operations, resolve issue and drive day to day functions of category.
