Responsible for RBL collection call center for pan India Credit card & Mortgage collection. In this role manage a team of 150 agency callers across 2 agencies. Bucket 0 Allocation in my name which I distribute to agencies for follow-up & recovery. Allotments of buckets to respective agency & teams. Improved collection efficiency by implementing effective strategies and streamlining processes. Prevented impending loss and increased profitability by enforcing scheduled collection campaigns, consistently achieving targeted recovery rate. Reporting MIS daily & weekly targets. Conduct performance review. Track agency performance reviews & train collection staff on compliance & customer handling practices. Track agency performance using dashboards, assess recover. Trends & compile MIS reports for senior management. I also engage in skip tracing, Negotiate settlement & ensure Compliance with RBI regulations & company policies.
