Responsible for managing end-to-end FCL Export operations (Factory and Dock Stuffing) through eBMS software, ensuring smooth coordination between shipping lines, customers, and internal departments.Create and update export bookings including Direct Line BL and Only Stuffing shipments, while maintaining full accuracy and compliance with company and carrier requirements.Enter and verify complete booking details such as shipper/customer information, Port of Receipt (POR), Port of Loading (POL), Port of Discharge (POD), Final Port of Delivery (FPOD), vessel and voyage data, ETD/ETA, carrier name, Incoterms, and shipment nature (Nomination or Free on Hand).Manage and maintain cargo-related information including container type, gross weight, CBM, and shipping bill numbers to ensure accurate data flow across all documentation stages.Update and validate freight, local, and operational charges in eBMS for job card creation, cost tracking, and alignment with accounting and billing departments.Handle export documentation workflows, including the linking of House Bill of Lading (HBL) and Master Bill of Lading (MBL), ensuring all documents are correctly updated before final submission.Coordinate with multiple teams to resolve discrepancies, monitor booking progress, and maintain transparency in data exchange between eFreight, eBMS, and other logistics systems.Ensure timely communication with customer service executive and sales team to track booking status, confirm schedules, and meet shipment deadlines.Contribute to improving internal booking accuracy and documentation efficiency through consistent verification, follow-ups, and proactive coordination.
