ABOUT MANAL KHAN

With over 7 years of experience in U.S. immigration law, I currently works as a Manager, Associate Attorney at EY Law LLP. I manage complex corporate immigration matters for multinational clients, with expertise spanning high-volume case management, strategic advisory, and compliance across both non-immigrant and immigrant filings. I collaborate closely with global teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant immigration solutions. In my previous role as a Law Clerk, I worked alongside experienced attorneys, gaining valuable insights and diverse perspectives on immigration practice. My responsibilities included managing the lifecycle of various immigrant and non-immigrant petitions and applications, drafting responses to agency requests (including RFEs, NOIRs, NOIDs, and 221(g) notices), guiding and reviewing the work of paralegals, handling a heavy caseload under strict deadlines, and delegating tasks effectively. I hole a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in American Law from Boston University, a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Canadian Common Law from York University, and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of London. This diverse legal education allows me to approach immigration challenges with a global lens and deliver practical, informed solutions in a fast-evolving regulatory landscape.
