I am passionate for delivering the best possible customer service as well as developing people that work on my team.I learned that as a manager, your success is not measured based on what you are able to accomplish, but rather, what you can empower your team to accomplish. This has changed my approach dramatically. I have also learned, that the more time that you can spend strategically planning your approach, you spend less time putting out the fires that a lack of planning can cause.
