   Ensure the training/awareness and subsequent rollout of the Grant Management System and Partner Management Protocol.* Ensure the timely rollout of the new CIFF Grant across all intervention states at the Partner NGO level.* Work with on the development of the Child Safeguarding Policy for a BAIF Partner with Manager- Strategy and Child Safeguarding Consultant* Conceptualise the Urban Situational Analysis (USA) Study and collaborate with Govt. and Non Govt. agencies towards expanding the Urban Programme based on the the study findings and recommendations.* Lead and organise National Conclave on “Children and Urbanization – the Role of Kawach 2.0 in addressing the issues and challenges”. Collaborate with Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, National Institute of Urban Affairs, CIFF and other leading organisations working on Urbanization for the National Conclave.* Document “Key Recommendation and Way Forward” from the National Conclave with MoHUA, MWCD and allied Ministries and concretely ensure the convergent pathways for activation of CWPCs in ULBs.* With support & contribution from the Urban Partners, develop of the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) on Urban CWPCs. Facilitate the issuance of the advisory on formation of “Urban CWPCs” by the nodal Ministries (MWCD & MoHUA) as mandated in Mission Vatsalya.* Develop and expand the “Safe Schools” model based on the learning from the pilot undertaken in the Gating Period and integrate them with the Education intervention of Kawach 2.0* Document the good practices, capture learnings and develop the “Module on School Safety” and in collaboration with the State Leads ensure its rollout in the Kawach Intervention districts.
