ABOUT MANA RASOULZADEH
I’ve seen too many great strategies fail because they overlook one thing: behavior. Teams are overwhelmed. Tools don’t get used. Leaders are stuck wondering why nothing is changing, despite all the planning and urgency. I help fix that. Right now, I lead operations and delivery at an AI consulting firm — shaping client delivery models and roadmaps, driving AI readiness and adoption, leading workshops, and building the systems and processes that scale the practice. My role bridges solution design and execution: making sure engagements deliver real outcomes and adoption sticks. I also created the B.A.S.E. Method (Begin with Behavior, Align with Motivation, Simplify the System, Enable with Communication). It’s a behavior-first framework I’ve applied across healthcare, SaaS, and enterprise tech to translate strategy into workflows people actually use. With a background in mental health counseling blended with Lean and Agile principles, and a decade in program management and operational strategy, I bring a lens that’s equal parts human insight and structured delivery.
