Preparing weekly production plans for Beta & Cepha as per priority and forwarding the same to respective blocks.• Receiving of PO’s and preparing detailed plans for MFG.• Coordinating with Purchase for ensuring the timely deliveries of raw material and packing material• Coordinating with production for ensuring the timely product transfer• Coordinating with different department e.g. Artwork, sales QA/QC, F&D in relation to the production and its raw materials and accessories and also for master creation / BOM availability.• Follow ups with stores for availability and timely issuance of material.• Maintaining high level customer satisfaction both internal and external.• Communications with parties related to products for different queries.• Manage daily finished goods dispatches in coordination with corporate logistics & FG ware house.• Tracking the daily dispensing report which is provided by QA as per plan.• Manage daily manufacturing activities in ERP.• Preparations of weekly dispatch report.• Responsible for providing overall management and coordination of inventory of stores as well as the warehouse, monitoring and maintaining acceptable levels of inventory. • Order tracking from registration to dispatch.• Handling all other responsibilities given by the management time to time.
