The role requires approaching potential donors, explaining the mission of the organization, and encouraging them to support through one-time or recurring donations.Key responsibilities include- Approaching and engaging with pedestrians in public spaces to discuss the organization\'s goals and fundraising needs- Clearly explaining the cause and its impact, answering questions, and addressing concerns potential donors may have- Persuading individuals to contribute financially, either through direct donations or signing up for ongoing support- Meeting daily or weekly fundraising targets set by the organization- Maintaining a positive attitude, even when facing rejection- Ensuring that donor information is collected accurately and securely- Representing the organization in a professional and enthusiastic manner.A street fundraiser needs strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills, as well as resilience and the ability to work in varying weather conditions.
