With more than two and half decades of professional experience across CSR, Communications, ESG, stakeholder engagement, sustainability, PR, Public affairs, entrepreneurship, strategic Planning, policy making, Implementation, branding, HR, healthcare, Entrepreneurship, workshop / trainings, networking, events.Presently working RSPL Group Ltd. as Group Head – CSR and PR & Corporate Communications. She is also the Presiding Officer, Internal Committee for all the six RSPL Group companies. Mamta’s role entails working extensively in CSR and Sustainability projects to ensure successful execution through promotion of education, healthcare, sanitation, environment, animal welfare, rural development, skilling, entrepreneurship development eradication of hunger, malnutrition and relief and rehabilitation in disasters effected areas, by establishing sustainability solutions, optimum project delivery, stakeholder engagement for viable and scalable business solutions, in line with CSR Companies Act, 2014.She has previously worked at senior positions with CII as Director - CIES initiatives; Heads Up For Tails Foundation (HUFT) as Director-Strategic Programs, DLF Ltd, heading the PR & Corporate Communications and Special projects for DLF Foundation as a core strategic leader. she also worked with CII\'s social initiative as Deputy Director, engaged in strategic planning and policies formulation, to help job seekers become job and wealth creators. Youth Employment System-YES(an International NGO), leading their pilot project on Entrepreneurship development in India and Kenya. An enriching experience as Medical Social Worker with Escorts Heart Institute and Research Centre (EHIRC), Head-Core Program with CII’s social initiative on Entrepreneurship development -“Bhartiya Yuva Shakti Trust, for Micro Credit Program for entrepreneurship and mentor development that successfully supported over 2500 financially challenged youth setup their own business units.Mamta holds a Master’s degree in Social Work and is a Gold Medalist in PG Diploma in Human Resource Development(AIMA). During her Masters, was awarded the “B. C. Jain Memorial Award” & “Moses Scholarship” for outstanding academic performance. Excellence award in Undergraduate level. She holds a Diploma in PR and communications (Alison course) and Certificate in Sustainability, Climate Change and ESG (Credbl)Mamta has been awarded Prism award for “Impact though Communication” for the year 2024-25 by Public Relations Society, Delhi.In her personal life she has likes to spend her time with her family, cook and gardening.
