Qualitative researcher using compelling insights to tell powerful stories as part of the Valley Bank Research and Service Design team. I am a dynamic communicator with experience in both generative and evaluative research and testing. At Valley Bank team, I am embedded as a researcher within the Engage team where I deliver insights and present data to online banking and Salesforce teams. I am also a recent graduate of the Strategic Design and Management program at the Parsons School of Design. While I am currently working in banking, I freelance within the healthcare industry where I study, analyze and benchmark digital member and patient portal experiences and provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients.
