I\'m a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst on Aylo’s Payment Operations team, focused on driving process development and improvement within payment processing systems. My work bridges business needs and technical execution. I specialize in identifying key stakeholders, gathering requirements, defining measurable success criteria, prototyping solutions, and scaling applications that directly impact transaction performance and cost optimization. Some of the key systems and initiatives I\'ve led or contributed to include: BIN data mining to power intelligent routing and downstream applications Dynamic payment routing based on transaction and customer attributes to select the optimal acquiring bank Rebill reattempt processing to maximize recovery and reduce churn Acquirer success monitoring and forecasting for real-time performance insights Fraud and risk modelling to improve detection and guide 3DS application rules Processing fee optimization strategies to cut costs without compromising performance In parallel, I teach Data Science, Data Engineering, and AI at Le Wagon, a global coding bootcamp, where I help aspiring professionals build solid foundations in applied tech.
