Having 16 years of experience in HR Systems analysis, design, implementation, and support of various Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, SuccessFactors ECPY(SAP) and Peoplesoft HCM modules.In my career, I have worked in various roles as Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant, SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Analyst, Peoplesoft Global Payroll Production support Manager, Senior GHRS System Analyst & Quality Analyst. Experience in Oracle Fusion Global HR, Absence management, Performance Management, Talent Management and Payroll.Expertise in identifying business requirements and mapping them to the Oracle Fusion Cloud functionality.Worked with all HR Setup’s. Configured Organization, Location, Position, Job, Grade, Business Unit, Legal Entity. Element setups for Payroll are some of the few.Experience in setting up US Payroll as per legislative requirements.
