Developing relationships built on mutual trust and respect is the cornerstone of any worthwhile enterprise. In my experience, no career or business, is sustainable without this key element. Over the past 35 years, building these kinds of relationships with my clients, colleagues and suppliers has been my primary focus.This has really shown itself to be key in my success working within the many facets of Contract Interiors - whether for a dealership, manufacturer, or for myself. When I think of my role, I think of myself as partnering with my clients rather than selling to them.My clients just don\'t have the time to second guess. Time is limited and things need to be done right - the first time. They rely on me and I take that very seriously.In my experience, it\'s not just the planning and execution of a project that has to be done right - it\'s also the follow up. Making sure that the client is completely satisfied AFTER the installation as well as during the process is key to success. It really boils down to relationships.When you have good relationships with the people you work with, you make sure they\'re taken care of - that you\'re there for them and that you\'re proud of whatever you do for them. That\'s my philosophy.
