I grew up with a passion for becoming a Software Engineer obtained an engineering degree in computer science. But, little did I know, my career path took a significant turn, and I developed a passion for working in People-centric operational roles such as Technology Recruiting(full life cycle), Talent Acquisition, Career Coaching, Human Resources, Leadership Coaching, Account Management, Sales, Business Development, Scrum Master, Change Management, Application support etc. After 15 plus years working in the IT industry, working and hiring diverse skillset, it is no surprise that it rewards me for helping people realize their potential and setting them on their way to achieving great things. I am always endeavouring to bring 100% to my work. As an Entrepreneur and a Coach, I aim to build strong, long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with consultants and clients.
