ABOUT MAMADOU LY

Mamadou Ly is now Geschäftsführer / Managing Director at 5D Institut, a half-owned company of RIB Software SE, and remain in his VP function within the RIB Group. Previously, he acted as Managing Director of RIB COE Europe GmbH, a RIB Software SE Company. He is also since several years acting as Vice President and responsible for the Center of Excellence (COE) and the International Consulting. In this role he still will collaborate with the regional COEs to manage and direct the strategical and operational direction.He is one of the key leaders in the company responsible for the international go-to-market strategy in the APAC, Australia, North America and EMEA regions. One of the core responsibility is the development of a strong international team of Top Consultants and Leaders within the Center of Excellences (COE) in over 15 worldwide cities with more than 100 new talents hired and certified to support strong growth and Expansion of RIB. Mamadou supported also successfully the IPO listing (RSTA) on the German Stock Exchange (Xetra) with the Board. He managed before the Education department by RIB Software AG as Head of this Unit.He is also responsible for the education and certification for RIB and for RIB/SAP combined industry solution for the Construction Industry, RIB international sales organizations and Partners.Area of expertise: Experience as a managing director, developing and implementing strategic and business plans, M&A Integration Management, Setting up business department (COE), Team Leadership, iTWO Technology, iTWO Labs, Project Management, Consultancy for Software Solutions in the Construction Industry / EPC IndustryBIM 5D, Project Controls, Project Management, Cost Estimating, Cost Engineering, Cost Management, Scheduling, Value Engineering, Claims Management, Change Management, Job Order Contracting.
