My journey in the industry spans over a decade, during which I have successfully led and contributed to numerous projects that have significantly transformed and improved network operations. In my current role as a Technical Architect at Infosys Limited, working on the Ericsson Adaptive Inventory (RAN) project for Telstra, I have been at the forefront of orchestrating complex customer requirements into tangible product solutions and seamlessly integrated them end-to-end to achieve strategic objectives. Additionally, I have played a pivotal role in establishing a unified vision for architectural transitions and migrations. My prior experience as an Integration Manager in the Transmission Domain Upgrade project was equally rewarding. I led solution architecture initiatives that strengthened core business processes and facilitated a technology transformation program. This initiative led to a 90% reduction in complaints, expedited time-to-market, and an impressive 82% reduction in operational costs. Furthermore, I pioneered the development of an open information model that enabled loosely coupled processes and event-based transactions, supporting the next generation of Optical Transport Networks. My career journey started as a Software Engineer, where I gained hands-on experience in network inventory production support. Over the years, I have honed my technical skills, including proficiency in programming languages such as Java and PL/SQL, as well as cloud technologies like AWS. I hold certifications in AWS Architecture, ITIL Foundation, Oracle Administration (OCA), and TOGAF.    Orchestrated collaboration between 20 members’ Telstra Business Wireless RAN team & 3 members’ implementation teams, translating customer requirements into 2 tangible product solutions, & seamlessly integrating solutions end-to-end to achieve strategic objectives.• Conducted 2-5 data assessments to create a comprehensive topological network view, revealing connectivity patterns & layers, enabling the identification, diagnosis, & resolution of network issues for 2 Assurance teams.• Collaborated to establish a unified vision for the transition & migration of the new strategic architecture. Orchestrated ongoing collaboration efforts to seamlessly bridge an end-to-end Telstra-wide Inventory program.• Facilitated the transition process, enabling Telstra to leave the existing system investments in place while introducing a next-generation user experience as part of the strategic architecture upgrade.• Played a pivotal role in implementing a Hybrid approach, preserving domains\' existing inventory while federating the same with the new inventory, while other domains directly accessed services from the new strategic inventory.• Established a Unified Data Management function, encompassing Meta Data management, Data modeling (including object association & relationships), Data migration, & real-time/non-real-time data synchronization & reconciliation.• Led Information model development for wireless, IP, & Transport, abstracting business processes into a customer experience layer to ensure loose coupling, & access to network inventory data through 3 standardized APIs.
