My career in HR wasn’t planned - but somewhere along the last 9+ years, I found purpose, passion and a place I truly thrive. From studying science in school, to switching gears and diving into history (a subject I’ve always loved) at LSR, to earning an MBA in HR from XLRI - my path has never followed a straight line. And I’ve come to believe that the most meaningful growth never does.At Amazon and Mattel, I’ve had the opportunity to work across the breadth of HR - from field operations to corporate business partnering and now in talent and leadership development - each role expanding my horizon on driving growth in people, teams and cultures. Outside of work, I’m a trained Kathak dancer, a reader finding her way back to books and a writer finding her rhythm again, one page at a time.
