ABOUT MALVIKA RAAHI

My journey has been anything but linear — and that’s where its depth comes from.I began by studying Law, then followed my curiosity into psychology, working as an educator with young children. Over time, that outward focus turned inward, leading me into the psycho-spiritual space through deep self-inquiry, formal certifications, and eventually professional work in this field at InMobi.At the core of my work is deep listening — to words, to silence, and to the body. I work with breathwork and somatic practices as powerful tools for self-awareness, regulation, and integration. I believe lasting change doesn’t live only in insight; it lives in the nervous system, in felt experience, and in the body’s wisdom.The process of self-discovery deeply drives me, and I’m passionate about creating safe, grounded spaces where others can slow down, reconnect, and access their own inner clarity — without being rushed or fixed.I’m also a mother of two, and motherhood has been one of my most profound spiritual teachers. It has demanded continuous unlearning, relearning, and the shedding of old identities. This lived experience informs how I show up — with compassion, presence, and deep respect for how transformative and demanding the journey of mothering truly is.Looking ahead, I’m especially interested in collaborating in the space of coaching for mothers, offering emotional and mental support through this incredibly responsible and life-altering phase.What I offer :• 1:1 work — personalised, depth-oriented sessions grounded in listening, breathwork, somatic awareness, and reflective inquiry• Group work — intimate circles and facilitated spaces for shared exploration, regulation, and collective learning• Collaborations — partnering with individuals, organizations, and communities aligned with conscious leadership, parenting, and inner workThrough all of this, my intention is to support people — especially mothers — in reconnecting with themselves while navigating the complexities of caregiving and life.If this resonates, I’d love to connect and explore what might be possible together.
