Inside the Innovation Technology Testing Laboratory I am responsible for leading and managing the MEASUREMNT SYSTEM organization composed by 20 engineers reporting directly to me and around 30 external engineering headcounts. The organization is divided into two core disciplines teams: Process, System and Instrument team and Data analysis, Control and Electric team.The primary focus of the team is to design the complete measurement systems solution for validation test campaigns of all Nuovo Pignone prototypes product for both core turbomachinery and energy transition new technology solutions.Instrument team is also accountable for new technology development programs in sensor knowledge domain area with an annual budget of around 1M€.
