As the General Manager of Human Resource Administration and Clinical Operations, I am responsible for overseeing and aligning the strategic and operational aspects of human resources, healthcare service delivery, and regulatory compliance. My role encompasses end-to-end management of HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational development, and performance management, ensuring a productive and compliant workforce.Simultaneously, I lead clinical operations to ensure the highest standards of patient care, operational efficiency, and adherence to clinical governance. This includes coordination with medical teams, optimizing resource utilization, and implementing quality control protocols across clinical departments.In addition, I oversee all legal and regulatory matters pertinent to HR and clinical operations. This involves handling labor law compliance, clinical licensing and accreditation, medico-legal cases, contract negotiations, and liaising with legal counsel to safeguard the organization’s interests.By integrating HR, clinical operations, and legal oversight, I ensure a seamless, ethical, and efficient working environment that supports organizational growth and excellence in healthcare delivery.
