ABOUT MALTE HEDEMANN
Malte Hedemann holds a degree in Business Informatics. After various positions at Lufthansa Technik, he joined the Volkswagen Group IT as a SAP project manager in 2009. As the responsible IT project manager for the group logistics SAP template and being responsible for several rollouts worldwide, he has proven experience in project management, logistics and production.In 2017 he joined the VW brand logistic to work on the digitization roadmap. Together with his team he won two times the annual Innovation Award of the brand VW (production), won the elogistics award of the AKJ automotive and was nominated for the German VDA Innovation award in logistics. At the begin of 2019 he took over his new position at the Group Academy of Volkswagen. He works on the digital transformation of Volkswagen towards an agile and mobile company. Starting in 2021, he developed and manages the SAP Academy for the Volkswagen Group Academy, with the aim of giving participants the best possible start in the world of SAP projects. At the end of 2021, he took over the lead of the Group Collaboration:HUB, where he and his team support Volkswagen\'s transformation towards hybrid and agile collaboration.In June 2023 he took on the role of SAP project manager for the introduction of the group template for production and logistics at Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles.
