Malonn resides in the Elk Grove, CA area with his three children and his wife Shayla Barnes who is a doctoral candidate and an Executive Director of a Local Non-Profit serving children. Malonn also serves on the United Way California Capital Region Foundation Board. Outside of work Malonn occupies his spare time enjoying his family. He also enjoys numerous hobbies including golfing, basketball, and music.
