Hello, hello! I’m a proud 2009 graduate of Dallas Baptist University, where I studied Communication and Spanish (pero necesito mucha práctica). Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working for two incredible companies—The Walt Disney Company and Southwest Airlines—both of which have greatly shaped who I am today.At my core, I value building relationships, creating meaningful connections, and playing a role in the special moments in people’s lives. As a Gallup-certified Clifton Strengths Coach, I have a passion for personal growth and love seeing others reach their full potential.I began my Southwest journey in 2010, answering calls and solving problems in Customer Relations. Over the next decade, I served in various roles within Culture & Engagement—from Culture Ambassador to Executive Assistant to Event Planner—all centered around connecting with our People. After a brief pandemic sabbatical, I returned to Southwest in Talent & Leadership Development, supporting learning events, most notably our Leadership Conference.
