I have more than 5 years of experience in health promotion, program management, leadership/supervision, and program evaluation. My speciality area is wellbeing and creating responsive, intentional, and evidence-based programming opportunities for the populations I work with. I went to GW for my undergraduate degree, my master\'s degree in public health, and my graduate certificate in leadership development. I\'ve worked at the university full-time since February of 2020. In my spare time I teach group fitness classes for Arlington County, write pieces for my Substack called \"A Joyful Life,\" and rock climb at Movement in Crystal City.
